Cancelling an order for a subscription
You must email us or write to use within seven days following the day the order was made quoting your order number and telling us that you want to cancel. We will then deactivate your subscription and refund the subscription fee.
Ending your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@cueentertainment.com or alternatively, call +44 (0)1580 243441
If you decide to end your Cue Entertainment subscription, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any unused whole months remaining on your subscription on a pro-rata basis.
