Cinram’s next Packaged Media Forum will look at Risk Analysis and will feature speakers from credit agency Dun & Bradstreet, insurer Markel International and law firm Morrison and Foerster, according to organiser Tim Freeman.
Freeman, who is Head of Client Accounting at Cinram, said the Forum will take place on Feb. 15 at Morrison and Foerster’s offices in London, and will see a range of Credit and Finance delegates attending from across the film, music, game and publishing industries.
Freeman added that Cinram, in partnership with The Institute of Customer Services, is also looking to develop a Best Practice Customer Service Forum aimed at operations/customer services executives.
He said, “The forum again will look at best practice but this time within Customer Services, whether that is the retailer, client or the consumer. We will be focusing on best managing customer expectations, dealing with feedback, building partnerships, managing resource and communication.”[/private]
